Bright, light to medium yellow hue with a complex, rich bouquet that expresses barrel fermentation and yeast-lees contact as well as some marginal sulfides. Floral and spice fruit aromas intertwined with winemaking artifact. The wine is rich and full-bodied, smooth and generous, with lively acidity keeping it all on the rails, and the flavour lingering long on the finish. There is barrel fermentation here and creamy lees influnce, while the texture is silky and lovely. Excellent wine.

A very "Bordeaux styled" super premium dry white, and a joy to drink. There''s a spectacular presence of delicacy and finesse. It''s effortless yet fully powered. There are very concentrated lanolin, lemon and olive oil notes, with cumquat acidity and a piercing enjoyable mouth feel. One could happily simply get lost in this bottle, such is the result of some really fastidious craftsmanship in the making.
