This wine is so crisp and dry it is a perfect reisling. With great acidity. Really great with an Indian or Seafood.

You would think that a Riesling from Clare Valley has a chance of reaching reasonable standard. You’d be sadly mistaken in this case. Lacking acid and any citrus flavour you’d expect, this wine disappoints on all levels. In a blind tasting
