Deep purple-red hue. Meaty and spicy shiraz aromas, bresaola, the palate medium to full-bodied, with lots of soft, fine, powdery tannins. The palate is dry, savoury, not really fruit-sweet: quite different to say a McLaren Vale style of shiraz. An attractive wine indeed.
