Tasted Sept, 2021. The value of cellaring good wines made from the right varietals and from proven areas and makers can be seen in this poised, still maturing, cabernet sauvignon. Rich and full flavoured, the fruit has evolved and married well with the charry oak to provide a seamless, cedar and mocha-tinged flow of savoury black currant and dark spiced plums, all bedded in with ripe, earthy tannins. This will hold well for a few more years.
