Aged, light to medium onion-skin colour. The bouquet is very mellow, mature and complex, with smoked meats, charcuterie, marvellously detailed complexities to smell and taste. The wine is creamy-soft and fills the mouth. It's rich and fluffy textured, with well judged sweetness and superb balance and drinkability, the aftertaste clean and dry. Almost ethereal style of great charm and subtle complexity.
