After a natural fermentation & long maturation in older french oak, the wine displays elegance, complexity a fine mineral structure & a great purity of fruit.

There’s the texture, the refreshing acidity and the citrusy flavours that combine to make this a very appealing drink. Lemon and limes with splashes of grapefruit juice, a dusting of ginger spice and vanilla pod oak. A more restrained style this vintage and all the better for it.
