Houdini McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon

This Cabernet was sourced from an immaculate vineyard in the Willunga area to the South of McLaren Vale. The vines on the block are approximately 30 years old, and yields averaged 3 tonnes to the acre, and all have a red clay soil profile. In the glass, the colour is rich and deep with a red/magenta rim. The nose immediately has blackcurrants with chocolate and a hint of fine tobacco, and spice. Once on the palate this Cabernet Sauvignon by Houdini is full of rich and juicy fruit from start to finish with flavours of plum and berries. This generous fruit blends with cedar notes and chocolate spice, driving a long and balanced finish.
