Telmo RodriguezPegaso Pizzara Garnacha 2010
About this product
Coming from quite a radical vineyard of amazing old vines, Garnacha grown in brown schist on vertiginous slopes at 1000m altitude. This Grenache by Telmo Rodriguez smells fresh with great balance between red fruit sweetness and earth. Textured, mineral and vibrant with bright acidity. Wild cherry meets thyme honey, its concentrated and elegant.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Vintage 2010
96 points The Real Review
Deliciously sweet-fruited, succulent wine, voluptuous, hedonistic, with a gorgeously sweet mid-palate, which nicely counteracts its masses of tannin. (Off slate soil)
