Dry, Full Bodied style of ShirazJasper Hill Georgia's Paddock is a loose-knit strongly flavoured style with dark cherry, plumy, mocha fruit profile, plush chocolaty ripe tannins, plenty of fruit sweetness and underlying savoury oak. Named after Ron and Elva's younger daughter, the un-irrigated, low vigour biodynamic Georgia's Paddock comprises 12 hectares of Shiraz. The 'thoroughbred' vines are planted in red brown gravelly loams much deeper than Emily's Paddock. Maturation takes place in a combination of 20% new and seasoned
