Dry, Medium Bodied style of Cabernet BlendSolaia IGT by Antinori is an intense ruby red colour. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese, it delivers aromas of ripe fruit, spices, black pepper, chocolate, coffee and vanilla. Generous, vibrant and balanced on the palate with sweet, mouth filling tannins, forward minerally hints and weight and character enhance by the complexity and finesse.

Very deep red/purple colour. The bouquet is oak-kissed and charcoaly, the palate again sooty, smoky, charcoaly and deep, with fleshy, soft texture and luxuriousness. Superb flavour and texture. It pushes oak to the limit but arguably gets away with it. It's very young and demands time.
