The slightly drier version of the Sir James Cuvee Brut. Rather than being bone dry, the wine still offers a fleshy mid palate, offering a flowing seam of toast on the finish.

We loved this one when we found it at Dan's but now we cannot get it........ So disappointed that I have to go elsewhere for it. Cuvee Brut just isn't the same.

Made from the classic champagne grapes grown in a cool climate this is a sparkling wine that will stand up to many sold at a much higher price
