Pacha Mama use minimal additives or fining and aim to let the fruit shine through rather than clobbering all over it with heavy oak use or commercial wine-making techniques. Flavours of sour cherry and wild strawberries carry on to the palate complexed by a savoury spice and intriguing earthiness that lingers long after the last mouthful

Light bodied red wines have a water-light mouthfeel and light flavour impact. Often pale to light/medium in colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Judiciously mixes sweet, ripe red cherries, roses and hips with dried
herbs and a little caramel wood flavouring. Although there’s not a
lot of definition, tannins are squishy soft and acidity is tinkering in
the background. It is also firmly in the drinking pleasure zone for a
lighter-style pinot.
