Full yellow hue and a tremendously complex bouquet showing toasted bread, roasted hazelnut and almond, dried citrus peel, nougat and spices. The palate is very rich and multi-faceted, but also very refined, finishing very long and dry, magically concealing its 8 grams/litre of dosage.The finish and aftertaste have tremendous freshness and verve. In great condition after 15 years on lees. A magnificent sparkling wine. (300 bottles released)
