Xavier used two different base spirits to create Midnight Vodka. Wheat based spirit gives a slight sweetness while the grape based spirit adds a wonderful texture.
After distillation using our traditional pot still, the vodka is finished by resting it on Japanese charcoal to increase the purity and texture of the final spirit.
