Bright, light yellow colour. A stale lees bouquet, rather old reductive yeast character; not very fresh. Creamy, frothy mouth presence with a very fluffy mousse. Light and savoury and shows some age development. The palate is light and falls away somewhat quickly. A pleasant sparkling wine with some character and a touch of age.
