Cockburn's was founded in 1815 by Robert Cockburn who returned to Portugal after serving during the Napoleonic wars. The historic Port house continues today producing authentic Ports of character and refinement. The 10 Year Old Tawny is aged for a minimum of 10 years in oak to impart a nuttiness and richness to the fine aromas and flavours of the blend. Candied fruit, toffee and caramel are all present on the nose and deeper flavours balance their way across the palate.
