Jacob's CreekCentenary Hill Shiraz 2006
About this product
Jacob's Creek Centenary Hill Shiraz 2006 has a densely concentrated nose showing regionally distinctive ripe black fruits with clove allspice highlights. The palate is full-bodied yet subtly structured with ripe berry fruit flavours resulting in a rich texture. Fine grained tannins and well integrated oak leads to a long, elegant finish.

Medium dark red purple: excellent color. Bright minty dark-chocolate aromas, with planky oak nuances; a trace vegetal/asparagusy too. Palate is broad and deep, quite intense but has rather grainy tannins across the palate. Oaky-plus. Not refined but has plenty of flavour and guts.
