Medium deep red, some purple. Musty, fusty, earthy nose, meaty-savoury, not much primary fruit. Palate is soft and plummy, dark berries, lighter style and gentler structure. Unusual in this lineup. Some elegance. Trace of liquorice on pal. Slightly disjointed & lacks line. Lumpy palate line. Modest length, lots of licorice and chocolate & aniseed.
