Long Gully EstateShiraz 2019
About this product
This shiraz was handpicked in March, the fruit destemmed and fermented in roto then pressed to
tank to finish primary fermentation. A portion (20%) was kept in stainless tank to retain fruitiness
whilst the residual 80% was matured in oak with 10% new.
The result is a medium bodied shiraz, showing ripe black, plum fruits tamed by black
pepper spices balanced on a long rich palate full of complexity and luscious boysenberry, black pepper & liquorice aromas.
