About this product

Kaido is a Japanese traditional sweet potato made spirit called IMO Shochu. Made from Kagoshima prefecture's high quality sweet potato & clean deep ocean water, KAIDO has a smooth, clean and slightly sweet flavour with richness.

A little sharp but pleasant with ice or soda. I may try with tonic in the future. I am a fist time user.

Never had this style of drink before. Hard to drink alone, but I mixed it with lemonade and it was pretty good. There wasn’t much of an alcoholic after taste/burn when mixed.

This is a great basic imo and compares favourably to the likes of Kurokorishima. Best cut with water or an ice cube or two.
