About this product

Hahndorf Hill Winery have been one of the pioneers of the little known Blaufränkisch variety here in Australia. Blaufränkisch is native to Austria where the region of Burgenland produces the best known examples. The variety has been called the "Pinot Noir of Eastern Europe" by wine icon, Jancis Robinson MW and the Hahndorf Hill Winery's example here suits that description perfectly. Winning a trophy at the 2011 Australian Boutique Wine Awards is also testament to this Adelaide Hills winery's dedication to quality.** Only available as part of the Boutique Wine Awards Mixed Wine Packs **
