Château Pichon-Longueville Comtesse-de-LalandePauillac 1990
About this product
One of the 15 original estates to be bestowed 2nd Growth status in the 1855 Bordeaux Classification, +Pichon Lalande+ is a wine with a higher than normal Merlot content and as such shows a lovely 'feminine style' of soft, plush fruits. The 1990 vintage on the right bank of Bordeaux was nothing short of exceptional and in many eyes, perfect. The Comtesse is showing this superb vintage in all its glory with a fine silken palate with deep concentration. Primary fruits still abound in a wine that will remain in this pristine state for 20+ more years. Exceptional in every way.

Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
