Light to mid-yellow colour, bright and clear. The bouquet is wonderfully aromatic and fresh for its age, lightly-toasty and loaded with lemon and lime fragrances, the palate intense and mellowing nicely, with properly dry balance and cleansing aftertaste. It's ageing gracefully and holding its youth well. A superb semi-mature, traditional Aussie riesling.
