Hand-picked, 15% whole bunches included in the ferment. An inky opaque purple, the wine is supple and velvety rich, tannins present and doing the job oak might have to undertake in ‘normal' wines. This begs to be drunk tonight. At the top of preservative-free wines.

Preservative free, as is the temper of the times. Nutty, purple, spicy, oodles of sweet black fruit and chocolate. Thick tannin, sweet and spicy, blood plum and the like, plenty to grab on to. Decent finish with some dried herb and sage accent on the finish. If you want a ripe thing, with no SO2, then this will do you well enough.
