Licorice, slight raisin to the fruit profile, aniseed, chestnut, dark cherry, some oak still showing through. Full bodied, slick of firm tannin, concentrated dark fruit, tar and a big finish. A little warm. Full on and modern rather than elegant, but no problem knocking it off. Needs a bit more time.
