Bindi, is a 170 hectare farm located just 50km north-west of Melbourne in the Macedon Ranges wine growing region and is the home of one of Australia's most important Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vineyards. The Composition Pinot Noir is produced from declassified fruit from the Original Vineyard as well as grapes from the new Block K, planted in 2001. This is a harmounious and textured Pinot Noir is fragrant, spicy and while not as concetrated as the Orignial, the Composition is a true delight to drink when young.

Light bodied red wines have a water-light mouthfeel and light flavour impact. Often pale to light/medium in colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
