The latest incarnation of Rococo represents great value Yarra Valley fizz of impressive finesse and tension, with well balanced dosage and nuances of fine, mineral mouth feel. Sourced from several Yarra Valley vineyards, base wines are fermented mainly in older casks and given lees contact for texture and softness. For all this activity, it retains a zesty and lively style, driven by lemon, apple and pear fruit, with gentle texture and spicy complexity of barrel fermentation

Bright straw-green; a blend of vintages from several Yarra Valley vineyards, the base wines fermented and matured in old oak casks and given extended lees contact prior to tirage. Offers excellent value; there is real drive to the stone fruit flavours, even if at the cost of lacking finesse.
