Tyrrell'sVat 9 Hunter Shiraz 1998
About this product
Tyrrell's is one of the country's oldest family-owned wineries and has a long, proud and distinguished history in the Hunter Valley. The Vat Series of wines encapsulates their accumulated expertise gained over decades of carefully matching sites and varieties. Sourced from extremely old vines, some dating back to 1879, this has classic leather and earth. Hunter Shiraz is unique in the Australian wine landscape and this is a fine, mature example.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
