Since production began in 1995 Fox Creek have produced some of the finest wines in McLaren Vale, the '04 Reserve Shiraz, available through our Cellar Release program bears all the hallmarks one would hope for. Black in colour, almost tar-like to the eye with intense aromas of cassis following through with mocha & chocolate, rum raisin with ripe fruit to the palate gives it an exciting length. Decant in advance and enjoy.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
