Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Very deep, and quite youthful colour; the bouquet powerful, raisined and oaky, with a subtle high note of mint, while the palate is very full bodied, concentrated and powerful, with decadent richness and extract. A minster wine which is very good in its genre, but the oak leve is on the high side and there is a trace of overripeness in the fruit, not necessarily a fault. Has many years left in it.
