Revels in the Central Otago conditions - a long slow ripening period with cool nights and warm days. A great mouthfeel that is crisp and dry with minerality running through it. Ideal with seafood.

Light yellow colour. Attractive spiced peach aromas, a whiff of SO2, and the palate is rich and full and just off-dry. The finish has some thickness due to tannin and sweetness. It’s full-on and not very refreshing solo, but would be better with appropriate food, no doubt.
