Dry, Light Bodied style of Pinot NoirMornington Peninsula, AustraliaOur Coolart Road vineyard was planted in 2000 and is situated in the lower, northern part of the Mornington Peninsula. It has a gentle north-easterly sloping aspect facing Western Port and Phillip Island. The grapes from this MV6 clone block were hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 11 months in new and old French oak barriques.

Light bodied red wines have a water-light mouthfeel and light flavour impact. Often pale to light/medium in colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
