Mid-amber colour, with some viscosity. The bouquet displays rancio, vanilla, nuttiness, a little residual flor character, and is very complex and inviting. In the mouth, it's lively and lip-smackingly dry; crisp and vital yet also balanced and refreshing. It's far from big or heavy, but is light on its feet. The tangy flor yeast makes its presence known on the palate as well. Finish is very dry but smooth and balanced. A delightful aperitif or soup wine.
