A bit of a "fan favourite" on our tasting day. The team loved the fully flavoured ripe stonefruit and creamy, barrel-induced texture. Brioche, butterscotch, quince and vanilla were all easily identified. A great all-rounder that's bound to please more people than just our panel.

Pale colour. Fragrant camomile, grapefruit, tonic water, flinty, hint verbena aromas. Supple and creamy textured with fresh grapefruit, bitter lemon flavours, fine lacy textures and indelible long acidity. Very fresh and minerally with al dente notes at the finish. Drink now – 2028
