Archetypal 'Vale milk chocolate aromas - regional to the core, with big dollops of blue and red fruit, blackberries, sprinkles of pepper and flecks of licorice create a deep, complex web of great interest. The fresh acidity keeps it all within bounds, and the clever use of French oak adds class to what is a plush and rounded pleasure to drink.
