About this product

Our Spades Sapiir is savoury and fresh on the palate, leading with notes of green cardamom and parsley, perfectly balanced by sweet citrus and native Australian lemon myrtle, with our distinct Tasmanian pepperberry after note that lingers between sips. We individually distil each botanical using steam distillation in our unique stills, allowing us extract the best flavours and aromas, before blending them all together to create each sapiir.

Wow! I can't believe how flavourful this is. Really nice hints of cardamom with a slight citrus twist.

Great gin alternative and great to be a local product too in Melbourne! Capi tonic is a great option with it. I dash a little sapiir on top to bring out those botanical notes

A more classic version compared to the hearts - great with capi tonic. Tastes like the real thing - I put in 30ml with tonic and a dash on top really highlights it those amazing flavours!

Enjoyed this 0 alcohol drink as it was great to have when I am the designated driver. Really like the bottle as well.
