Light, bright yelllow colour with a nougat-like, pinoty bouquet, rich and deep and mellow, with some layers to it. It's likewise in the mouth, where it's savoury and dry at the finish, with a cleansing aftertaste, but there is also richness. A satisfying mouthful of sparkling wine. Very drinkable and moreish. Very good value.
