This excellent savvy is sourced from the old Salitage vineyard in Pemberton which has previously produced some excellent examples of this variety. It’s bright and crunchy with a linear minerality threading through the zesty citrussy fruit. Love that hint of passionfruit on the nose while the mix of subtle grassiness and tropical fruits works well on the palate.
