If you’ve ever been to Mountain Goat's North Street brewery on a Friday night and seen the brewers having a few knock offs, chances are they were drinking Pale Ale. For this limited-release version, in honour of Mountain Goat's 25th year of brewing, they stayed close to the original recipe, but amplified the signature hop characters by switching to cryo-hops, which deliver more intense, lupulin-rich flavours.

Tropical with a malty undertone. It's refreshingly light but still has a medium body and a fullness that provides a comforting mouth feel. You won't go wrong with this one!

A nice easy drink. On the malty side with a pleasant bitterness and carbonation. Not a bad beer at all and could be a staple pale if it becomes core range.
