Splashy, deep fruited, packed full of flavour and a style well suited to richly flavoured dishes. A Tasmanian pinot of the slightly riper style - ripe black cherries, succulent strawberries, cherry pip and the slight tang of stewed rhubarb. A mid-weight, fruit forward style, oozing varietal traits and destined to match with duck and pork dishes. Drink it soonish while the plushness of the fruit remains a highlight.
