From a spectacularly good vintage, the eagerly anticipated 2018 Grange does not dissappoint. Panel comments ranged from "amazing" to "incredible" and just plain "wow". This is a "must have" Grange for any serious collector. A wine of incredible detail, finesse and inviting "gorgeousness", the adjectives from our panel came thick and fast. "A brilliant core of dark fruit", "multi-layered with red fruit undertones, licorice, opulent dark plum, roasted coffee", "sarsparilla, spice, beef extract, vanilla", and "not over-wrought in any way - a pure expression of, and encapsulation of everything that is Grange."
There are good Granges, and then there are great Granges. This is a great Grange. Cellar for at least a generation.
