A modern Aussie style of rosé made from pinot noir. On the nose aromas of strawberry and cherry emerge with an overlay of savoury biscuit character. The palate is dry but beautifully textured, providing a depth of flavour that lifts this rosé from many. It really does hit the spot. I’m thinking slightly spicy food to accompany.
