Dedication and investment in brewing technology through a 'dealcoholisation' process has enabled us to use the same signature recipe as for Peroni Nastro Azzurro, to brew Peroni 0.0%. This includes brewing with the same ingredients; bottom-fermenting lager yeast, Italian maze and two-row spring barley. Only after the characteristic aroma and taste profile of Peroni Nastro Azzurro is fully developed, alcohol is gently removed to deliver the same taste experience of our mother brand, with the crisp and uplifting Italian taste, at 0.0% alcohol.

This has to be the best zero alcohol lager available hands down. However Peroni have somehow decided to discontinue it, utter madness.
