The shiraz is grown on the 113-year-old estate vineyard, and is matured in 40% new and 60% one-year-old French barrels. The colour is spectacular, as is the profound depths of the blackberry, liqueur-soaked plum, licorice, bitter chocolate and spice fruit, oak a further adornment.
