Strangely Savoury

A variety of unique botanicals, with foraged sea lettuce, native blood limes and sandalwood nuts some of the more intriguing inclusions. The nose is crisp with strong citrus and a hint of seawater. The tart citrus comes through again on the first sip, giving way to the familiar juniper and a hint of salt and pepper which lingers at the end.
