About this product

This non-alcoholic sparkling wine is made from 100% Chardonnay from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. The wine is stored in small oak casks for a short period to enhance complexity, prior to the alcohol being gently removed from the wine, allowing the delicate aromas and varietal characters to be preserved. Nose: apple, lemon peel, lime, notes of honey and toasted almonds. Palate: refreshing acidity balanced with residual sugar and delicate bubbles on the finish.

Tbh I was surprised, other non-alcs don’t come nearly as close. Crisp and more on the drier side. Almost like the real thing. Will be buying as my go-to for non-alc.

I didn’t use to drink sparkling wine when I still drank alcohol but now I’ve discovered Oddbird it’s definitely my favourite dealcoholised brew.

At a posh party someone picked up my glass instead the theirs of alcoholic posh French sparkling and didn’t tell the difference. It was passed around the table and those drinking the full alco wine were gobsmacked by the quality. It’s mouth
