A sumptuous dry white wine, full-bodied, very complex and smoky/reductive like a very good barrel-fermented white Burgundy. It's a blend of white Rhône varieties, fermented and aged in foudres and ceramic eggs. A gorgeous drink, a bit 'wild', also hedonistic and frankly a wonderful white wine.
