About this product

Altos Reposado Tequila is produced in the picturesque Los Altos, situated over 2000 metres above sea level, and is know for its mineral-rich, volcanic tierra roja (red earth), which is complemented by a unique microclimate. These combined factors contribute to the cultivation of the highest quality blue Agave, used by Olmeca Altos for producing their award winning tequila. Aged 6 to 8 months in ex-Bourbon barrels.

Nice flavour, not too harsh, not too expensive and so easy to drink chilled. You don't always have to spend a lot of money to get a good reposado tequila. There some especially good ones that do cost a bit but for a usual bottle to have on

It's tequila. It's actually not too bad but strangely it is not as good as the Plata Olmeca Altos.... It's basically the same flavour profile (that I Love!) which is straight up vegetal Agave. fresh and clean. great distillate but the Repo
