Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Some development in colour and a very shy nose, the palate quite high-acid and bold, firm and a tad straightforward. There is some pepper and spice buried deep in here. Tannins are bold and well formed.
