Featuring the best of Australian bush tucker this very special gin is bottled at 50.7%, Australia’s highest temperature on record (Oodnadatta on 2 January 1960). A medium Juniper profile lets the native Australian botanicals shine through. There are hints of dried Kakadu Plum, Blood Lime zest and a unique roasty character along with Strawberry Gum and Lemon notes.
